Description

You will develop and manage ServiceNow solutions with a focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. You will configure and maintain CSM workflows while implementing ITSM processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the CSM module to support customer service workflows.
• Develop technical components including Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Implement Business Rules and Scheduled Jobs to automate platform processes.
• Maintain the Service Portal and Service Catalog configurations.

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of IT experience.
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with the CSM (Customer Service Management) module.
• Proficiency in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience with Service Portal and Service Catalog development.
• Strong understanding of Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scheduled Jobs.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience with ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or GRC.
