Description

You will develop and maintain technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build workflows, integrations, and automations using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Manage and support ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
• Execute ServiceNow upgrade and patch processes.
• Apply technical and functional knowledge to support ITSM, ITIL, and ITOM workflows.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of professional ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong technical knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and ITOM.
• Experience managing Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB modules.
• ITSM Certification.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Any Graduate degree.

• ITOM Certification.
