Description

You will build, maintain, and integrate ServiceNow solutions to meet client technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to address specific client needs.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems via RESTful web services.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, Service Portals, and custom Workspaces.
• Perform root cause analysis and write data fix scripts to resolve data corruption issues.
• Deploy solutions across Test and Production environments and handle on-call production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development.
• Advanced JavaScript skills for platform customization.
• Experience with Web Services, including REST and SOAP.
• Knowledge of RESTful integrations and data exchange.
• Proficiency in MySQL for data management.
• Ability to use CSS and HTML for portal development.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
