Description

Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules and custom applications in Cupertino, CA.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Extend the ServiceNow schema to build custom applications using platform tools like Discovery and Orchestration.
• Design complex workflows and write automated scripts for ServiceNow implementations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via APIs.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM development, implementation, and configuration.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change, and Knowledge Management).
• Experience extending the ServiceNow schema to build custom applications.
• Hands-on experience with Discovery and Orchestration tools.
• Working knowledge of Business Rules, Web Services, and Access Control Rules.
• Strong scripting skills for workflow automation.
• Ability to perform API integrations within the platform.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in HR Service Delivery.
• ITIL or ServiceNow certifications.
