Description

You will design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy custom applications and enhance existing ServiceNow functionality to improve user experience.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Automate workflows and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop test plans, maintain technical documentation, and provide ongoing application support.

Required Skills

• 3 to 4 years of direct experience in ServiceNow custom application development.
• 6 years of overall professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform features including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Studio and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and database management.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews.
