Description

You will design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform to automate business processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and activate ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop custom applications from inception to completion, including workflow design and scripting.
• Implement core modules including Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, and CMS.
• Manage CMDB implementation, support, and data normalization.
• Migrate data from external tools into ServiceNow and create reporting dashboards.
• Refactor software customizations during major ServiceNow updates.
• Collaborate with business analysts in an agile environment to gather requirements and support testing and release management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL process implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Jelly Script.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, XML, JSON, and jQuery.
• Experience with Angular 1.x and Angular 2.0.
• Ability to design and implement service catalogs and modern data capture applications.
• Experience with backend configuration and systems integration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot software applications and multiple platform integrations.
• Master’s degree in Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
