Description

Lead the design and development of custom ServiceNow applications while acting as the technical lead for the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build secure self-service onboarding workflows using Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
• Integrate ServiceNow with HashiCorp Vault and third-party systems via IntegrationHub and REST APIs.
• Ensure strict security, RBAC, auditability, and compliance standards across all platforms.
• Review designs and guide less-experienced developers to establish best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in custom scoped apps, ITSM, App Engine, and Service Catalog.
• Experience with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Deep understanding of security protocols, approval processes, and automation.
• Ability to mentor developers and lead technical design decisions.
