• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow event management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow playbook and auto remediation.
• Familiarity with SNOW modules (Incident, Change, Problem, KR).
• Experience with automation tools like Puppet or Ansible.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
