Description

You will develop and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the Service Catalog module and API integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Service Catalog module using Utah version or higher.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and JSON.
• Write and implement business rules, scripting, and custom application development.
• Utilize Catalog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools to streamline processes.
• Operate within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent.
• 4 to 6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with ServiceNow Business rules, scripting, and application development.
• 3 to 5 years of experience specifically with the Service Catalog module.
• 3 to 5 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 2 to 4 years of experience with REST API and API development.
• 2 to 3 years of experience with JSON and integration workflows.
• 2 years of experience with Catalog Builder or similar citizen developer tools.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA Certification.
• Proficiency in Report Analytics, Workspace, Survey, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
• Experience with APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, Amelia, or other orchestration and interface tools.
