You will develop and operate ServiceNow solutions following established best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow components including Change Management, Service Catalog, and Incident Management.
• Manage CMDB, Asset Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Implement technical solutions within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices to ensure platform stability and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience developing and operating ServiceNow.
• Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, CSS, and HTML.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
• Degree in any field.
