Description

You will design, configure, and manage ServiceNow ITOM applications, focusing on automated service health dashboards and service mapping.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized Patterns, Probes, and Sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Design and deploy Service Mapping solutions for on-premises and cloud resources.
• Manage Service Mapping infrastructure, including schedules, credentials, and MID Servers.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve Service Mapping issues while maintaining governance processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Service Mapping, including custom patterns and impact assessment rules.
• Deep understanding of CMDB architecture, identification, and classification rules.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB classes for Asset and Configuration, including relationships and dependencies.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud APIs.
• Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and SQL commands for pattern development.
• Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and external data source integration.
• Working knowledge of HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, and REST protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with web application development for traversing layers in service map patterns.
