Description

You will manage the implementation, administration, and development of the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize core applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and ESM.
• Develop and maintain business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, workflows, and catalog items.
• Execute web services integrations using SOAP and REST protocols.
• Manage system and process automation through orchestration and eBonding with other ITSM or non-ITSM tools via iPaaS.
• Perform technical configuration, design work, and deployment of existing solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, Java, Python, HTML, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST).
• Experience with ServiceNow instance administration, including group delegation and CMS modification.
• Proven ability to handle multiple integrations and eBonding using iPaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.
• Experience with system/process automation and orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
