You will build and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including customizations and system integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop customizations using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Integrate systems using RESTful APIs.
• Implement solutions adhering to Agile Framework principles.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ITSM and ITOM modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with JSON data structures.
• Experience operating within an Agile Framework.
