Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on event management and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage ServiceNow event management processes.
• Utilize ServiceNow playbook and auto remediation capabilities.
• Apply expertise in ServiceNow development to maintain system integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow event management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow playbook and auto remediation.
• Familiarity with SNOW modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and KR.
• Experience with automation tools like Puppet or Ansible.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS infrastructure.
