Description

You will develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM modules and low-code automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and design ServiceNow forms and data models.
• Develop custom functionality using JavaScript, Glide scripting, and UI scripting.
• Implement and maintain solutions within Incident, Change, and Service Catalog modules.
• Utilize Flow Designer and low-code/no-code tools to automate workflows.
• Apply best practices for ServiceNow development and maintain code quality.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development roles.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow form design and configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Service Catalog).
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow data model and relationships.
• Experience with Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow developer practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
