Description

Develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on automation, orchestration, and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create workflows using customized tasks or ServiceNow Workflow.
• Build custom tables and develop daily jobs to consume and populate data using business rules.
• Develop user-friendly web pages for searching custom tables.
• Solve complex problems related to automation, orchestration, and customer-facing processes.
• Perform end-to-end testing (smoke, sanity, regression) before production promotion.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in writing Business Rules, Scripts, and Policies.
• Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Experience with system integration, specifically Jira to ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, APM, and CMDB.
• Ability to deploy code across UAT, TEST, and Production environments.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification.
