You will develop, customize, and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop client scripts, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policy script includes, catalog items, portal widgets, UI pages, and event/alert rules.
• Manage out-of-the-box functionality, performing enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
• Configure notifications, UI pages, UI macros, script includes, formatters, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Catalog Items, and scheduled jobs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in development roles.
• ServiceNow platform development and customization.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP integration patterns.
• Experience scripting using ServiceNow modules (Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules).
• Understanding of MID Servers and scripted REST APIs/REST Messages.
• Familiarity with Shopping Hub and Source to Pay common architecture modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Developer (CSD) certification.
