Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions for the telecommunications domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules to support business requirements.
• Implement and manage ITSM and ITOM workflows.
• Apply telecommunications domain knowledge to platform architecture and processes.
• Support long-term technical requirements within the hybrid work model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM.
• Direct experience working within the telecommunications domain.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
