Description

You will configure, develop, and integrate ServiceNow ITSM solutions, owning the full implementation lifecycle from design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop custom applications, widgets, and UI pages using JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs, web services, and XML.
• Build and optimize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and complex workflows.
• Manage data imports, transform maps, and update sets for migration between development, test, and production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, including ACLs, import sets, and SLAs.
• Knowledge of SQL and LDAP query creation for Oracle, MySQL, and Active Directory integration.
• Experience with unit, system, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL/ITSM/ITOM standards.
• Basic understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with Virtual Agent and mobile app configurations.
