Description

You will design, develop, and deploy custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITOM, CSDM, and Event Management integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and dashboards for actionable business intelligence.
• Migrate data from external tools into the ServiceNow environment and manage ITIL processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, or Web services.
• Implement Event Management, including building correlations, monitoring tool integrations, and converting events into structured alerts via Health Log Analysis (HLA).
• Utilize Discovery to build custom Patterns for automated service maps.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of professional ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and server-side scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ITOM and CSDM implementation.
• Technical expertise in Event Management and Health Log Analysis (HLA).
• Integration experience with ELK and Kafka.
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Shell, or Python.
• Experience with Discovery and building custom Patterns.
• Strong communication skills for client handling and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code using PowerShell or Python.
