Description

Lead technical delivery and development of ServiceNow solutions. Own the end-to-end implementation of ITOM and service management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceMAP configurations.
• Manage ITOM workflows and configure Service Request Forms.
• Configure Designer Flow and ensure Mid Server redundancy.
• Execute database migrations and maintain technical support standards.
• Create design and operational documentation for all deployments.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceMAP and ServiceNow Discovery.
• Experience managing ITOM processes.
• Proficiency in Designer Flow and Service Request Forms.
• Knowledge of Mid Server redundancy and database migration.
• Ability to produce technical design and operational documents.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Degree in any discipline.
