Description

You will lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions while managing development tasks. You are responsible for the technical execution and operational stability of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using ServiceMAP and Discovery.
• Manage ITOM processes and configure Service Request Forms.
• Execute database migrations and ensure Mid Server redundancy.
• Create and maintain design and operational documentation.
• Provide technical support and build stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceMAP and ServiceNow Discovery.
• Strong knowledge of ITOM and Service Request Forms.
• Experience with Designer Flow configuration.
• Hands-on experience with database migration projects.
• Understanding of Mid Server redundancy and setup.
• Ability to produce clear design and operational documents.

• Technical support and communication skills.
• Experience in relationship building with clients.
