Description

You will develop and administer the ServiceNow platform to automate service delivery processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues, implement bug fixes, and perform root cause analysis.
• Integrate third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP.
• Configure UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, and Notifications.
• Build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage customer-to-fulfillment processes.
• Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and external systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience within an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and JSON.
• Experience with XML and creating ServiceNow update sets for promotion through multiple instances.
• 4+ years of experience with ITIL-based processes or supporting equivalent applications.
• Knowledge of LDAP, MS Active Directory, and ADFS.
• Proven experience implementing and customizing n-tiered enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery.
