Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow modules while integrating identity security solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and SecOps.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Configure REST messages and OAuth profiles for secure API integrations.
• Implement and support SailPoint ServiceNow apps including ISC Service Catalog and Identity Governance connectors.
• Guide junior developers and participate in Agile sprint planning and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint IdentityIQ or ISC.
• Hands-on experience with REST Message and OAuth configuration.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Experience with Service Catalog, ITOM, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, IAM, RBAC, and SSO concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CAD/CSA and/or SailPoint certifications.
• Experience in the airline or aviation industry.
