You will develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow module enhancements within an operations-based development team.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug customized software following the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
• Collaborate with development staff through architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure consistency.
• Analyze system specifications to develop, modify, and install complex software.
• Manage the escalation of live errors and service problems to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform and module enhancements.
• Experience with Java.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Experience using Jira.
• Ability to document operational and system-level processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in process improvement and automation.
• Background transitioning from a Business Analyst role into development.
