Owns the Enterprise Services Portfolio and Business Continuity Management applications, focusing on automation, integration, and production stability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance two ServiceNow apps: Enterprise Services Portfolio (ESP) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Script in JavaScript and develop integrations with full-stack Java applications.
• Automate testing using Playwright, as native ServiceNow testing tools are insufficient for ESP requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues for live BCM and custom ESP instances.
• Implement configuration changes and integration logic to support enterprise business resiliency.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for automation testing.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration and integration.
• Background in full-stack Java development is preferred for integration work.
• Experience with Application Test Framework (ATF) is a strong plus.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with Enterprise Services Portfolio or Business Continuity Management modules.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex service portfolios.
