Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.

Configure workflows, business rules, and client scripts.

Implement Service Catalog and ITSM solutions.

Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.

Participate in platform upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with ServiceNow development.

JavaScript and scripting.

ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Service Catalog and Flow Designer.

REST/SOAP integrations.

ServiceNow administration and configuration
