Description

You will design, build, and maintain custom ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, and SSO.
• Develop custom applications and modules using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Configure ServiceNow flows, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs to meet business requirements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing ServiceNow integrations while ensuring adherence to coding and security standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain technical documentation for data flows and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, ServiceNow Spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and OAuth.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms including SSO, SAML, and LDAP.
• Experience with data transformation and mapping between systems.
• Experience with JDBC integration protocols.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with third-party integrations like Jira, Azure DevOps, AWS, Salesforce, or Splunk.
