Description

You will own ServiceNow development with a heavy emphasis on ITOM and asset management modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Implement and support IT Operations Management (ITOM) workflows.
• Configure and optimize Asset Discovery processes.
• Administer Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules.
• Support Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Direct experience with ITOM.
• Deep understanding of CMDB architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Asset Discovery.
• Proficiency in Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Proficiency in Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
