Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with IAM solutions using REST and SOAP.
• Configure and maintain IAM, IDM, SAM, and HAM processes.
• Collaborate with teams to design technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues while ensuring security and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management).
• Experience with IDM (Identity Management).
• Knowledge of SAM (Software Asset Management).
• Knowledge of HAM (Hardware Asset Management).
• Bachelor's degree.
