Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations, focusing on IAM solutions and asset management processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with IAM solutions using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure and maintain IAM, IDM, SAM, and HAM processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues while ensuring security and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management).
• Experience with IDM (Identity Management).
• Knowledge of SAM (Software Asset Management).
• Knowledge of HAM (Hardware Asset Management).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
