Description

You will design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and services to support enterprise IT Service Management. You own the full lifecycle from prototyping to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions.
• Develop custom integration components to connect legacy systems with the platform using mid-server and other technologies.
• Build and develop new ServiceNow applications, services, and custom service portals.
• Assist with technical architecture design and ensure code quality for high availability.
• Document and maintain platform policies, procedures, and controls within an agile development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Active Secret clearance; must be able to obtain TS/SCI and DHS Suitability.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing custom service portals.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and Web Services.
• Experience with integration components including SSO, LDAP, and ServiceNow Development APIs.
• Knowledge of database design schemas, data modeling, and workflow design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
