Description

You will build and configure MVP applications on the ServiceNow platform, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from initial configuration through testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure MVP applications using system configuration and custom development.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for all development activities.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical direction to other development resources.
• Manage end-to-end application lifecycles, including unit testing and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and/or administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for platform scripting.
• Experience with HTML for UI configuration and customization.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Administration or Scripting certifications.
• ITIL v3 Foundations or Advanced ITIL certifications.
