You will manage ServiceNow development and administration tasks at the Durham office.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow development and administrative functions.
• Support IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows.
• Configure and maintain Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
• Execute application development tasks within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development or administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules.
• Hands-on experience with CSM modules.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or EAD holder.
