Description

You will design, develop, and administer ServiceNow solutions to support ITSM and CSM workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer or Workflow Editor, including Scheduled Script Executions.
• Configure notifications, reporting, and user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and AJAX.
• Collaborate with customers to identify technical options and respond to requirements.

Required Skills

• 6 years of experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or Workflow Editor.
• 5 years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM or CSM modules.
• 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• 5 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, and AJAX.
• 3 years of experience building integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Glide scripts.
• 4 years of experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and Shift Left testing.
