Description

Develop and maintain a custom ServiceNow application for internal technology training operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain forms, workflows, business logic, and automation using App Engine Studio and Catalog Builder.
• Configure backend components including custom tables, ACLs, and application architecture.
• Create dynamic and conditional form experiences and manage ServiceNow Catalog items.
• Develop notifications and workflow automation using Flow Designer.
• Support integrations with DocuSign and Workday while troubleshooting issues and recommending process improvements.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow application development, including custom tables, ACLs, forms, business logic, and workflows.
• Experience with App Engine Studio (AES).
• Experience building and managing ServiceNow Catalog items using Catalog Builder.
• Experience with Flow Designer.
• Ability to work effectively within an Agile team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Workspaces.
• JavaScript development experience.
• Experience with AI capabilities, ServiceNow SDKs/APIs, or Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
