Description

You will develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM modules.
• Build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage business processes.
• Implement system integrations using API, Integration Hub, and other methods.
• Design and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Service Portal components.
• Manage Update Set creation, migration, and code promotion following IT Change Management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including UI Pages, UI Macros, and Formatters.
• Experience developing Workflow and Flow Designer logic for approvals and process lifecycles.
• Ability to document functional business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Experience with UAT processes.
• Ability to travel to unanticipated client-site locations within the USA as required.
