Description

You will build and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Enterprise Architecture modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-one planning and configuration of the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture module.
• Design and build EA data models, workflows, and relationships within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align EA tooling with business strategy.
• Configure dashboards, reports, and integrations supporting architecture visibility.
• Document configurations and support iterative platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development or platform configuration experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Development.
• Experience with APM, CMDB, or related architecture-focused modules.
• Familiarity with TOGAF frameworks.
• Strong understanding of application and infrastructure lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
