Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, owning configuration, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades and continuous improvement.
• Implement ITSM products such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop ServiceNow APIs, Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, and Business Scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST APIs.
• Manage platform availability, performance, and security.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and development.
• Deep functional and technical understanding of ITSM products.
• Strong hands-on experience with GRC and IT Operations Management.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, or Powershell.
• Experience developing complex ServiceNow components (e.g., UI Actions, Script Includes, Client Scripts).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
• Experience implementing REST API integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
