Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
🔹 Perform system monitoring and administration
🔹 Collaborate on upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements
🔹 Manage incident resolution and troubleshooting
🔹 Support deployments and mentor junior team members
Required Skills:
✅ 10+ years of ServiceNow experience (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB)
✅ ServiceNow Administration & Certification (CSA)
✅ Experience with multiple instances
✅ Agile project experience preferred
Preferred:
⭐ CIS for SPM/APM
⭐ ServiceNow Developer/Integration experience
⭐ CAD Certification
