Description

You will build, manage, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate the ServiceNow platform, including system monitoring and administration.
• Manage incident resolution, troubleshooting, and deployment support.
• Collaborate on platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Mentor junior team members and support deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, covering Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB.
• ServiceNow Administration certification (CSA).
• Experience managing multiple ServiceNow instances.
• Proficiency in Agile project methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• CIS for SPM/APM.
• ServiceNow Developer/Integration experience.
