Description

You will develop, administer, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring system integrity and availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform, handling routine changes and adjustments.
• Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform daily.
• Perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications.
• Troubleshoot reported problems across all instances, performing daily administration and issue resolution.
• Collaborate on ServiceNow upgrades and patching with Platform and Delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration.
• 3+ years of experience with Application Experience (Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB).
• Current ServiceNow System Administrator certification required.
• Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and diagnose performance issues.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, JavaScript, ITOM, and CMDB.

Preferred Skills

• Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Development and Administration/Integration.
