Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, owning custom applications and module implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications and utilize App Engine Studio.
• Configure and implement ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and Service Portal modules.
• Build and manage integrations using API Integration capabilities.
• Handle Service Mapping and Discovery processes within ITOM.
• Perform testing and development across GRC, IRM, and SecOps modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in ITOM, ITSM, and SPM modules.
• Proficiency in IAM implementation.
• Strong background in API Integrations development.
• Experience with DevOps practices within the ServiceNow environment.
• Familiarity with Custom Applications development.
• Ability to work with GRC, SecOps, and ITAM modules.
