Description

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on ITSM, Service Catalog, and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and automated business processes.
• Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Configure Service Exchange services, service onboarding, and service lifecycle management.
• Support CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Mapping initiatives while performing code reviews and production support.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Strong experience in Service Exchange and service onboarding processes.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations.
• Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and CMDB.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow deployments.
