Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management modules.
• Create workflows, forms, and user interfaces to enhance user experience.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Build reports, dashboards, and automation scripts to improve operational workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing platform support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.
• Experience with workflow automation and system integrations.
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically Azure.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of water/wastewater industry and Oracle utility applications.
