Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop functionality using client scripts, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policies, catalog items, portal widgets, and UI pages.
• Manage out-of-the-box functionality, performing necessary enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
• Configure notifications, UI pages, UI macros, script includes, formatters, service portal, service catalog, and catalog items.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of general development experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform development.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting modules: Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules.
• Experience scripting REST APIs, REST Messages, and Data Export sets.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of MID Servers.
• Knowledge of Shopping Hub and Source to Pay common architecture modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Developer (CSD) certification.
