Description

You will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions by translating business needs into platform customizations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions on ServiceNow.
• Design and develop custom applications, rules, and platform customizations.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer, including Flow Actions and Subflows.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Solid experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proven experience developing custom applications and platform customizations.
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer, Flow Actions, and automation.
• Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules, with ITSM preferred.
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow data model, security, and performance.
