Description

You will develop and maintain custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom applications directly on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and manage integrations using Spoke, specifically with Workday.
• Support ITSM and HRSD modules, including HR case management.
• Execute onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer workflows.
• Deliver features within an Agile scrum team environment.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD.
• Experience building custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations via Spoke.
• Working knowledge of HR case management.
• Practical understanding of onboarding and offboarding capabilities.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development lifecycle.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
