Description

You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow GRC solutions, focusing on IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Third-Party Risk Management modules.
• Configure ServiceNow UI components, including Forms, Lists, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog items.
• Develop and maintain workflows using Business Rules, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows with governance controls for data privacy, auditability, and role-based access.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong command of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting best practices.
• Experience with IRM, GRC, and TPRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk, Business Continuity).
• Proficiency in configuring ACLs, Roles, Groups, and Update Sets.
• Knowledge of GRC frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, COBIT).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow AI capabilities (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Now Assist).

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance (CIS-RC) or Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics for GRC dashboards and KRI/KPI reporting.
• Background in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government).
