Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, focusing on HRSD modules, scripting, and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop HRSD solutions using Flow Designer, App Engine, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Build and manage integrations via REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Implement security best practices for sensitive HR data handling.
• Leverage Now Assist for workflow automation and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in HRSD, Flow Designer, and App Engine.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
• Experience with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Understanding of security best practices for sensitive data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven workflows (Virtual Agent, intelligent routing, summarization).
• HRSD integrations with SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics, ATF, and Advanced Work Assignment.
